To attract buyers & tenants, we post ads on the leading online sites, which are refreshed and revolving on a daily basis. Additionally, we post attractive "for sale" & "for rent" signs strategically at the property and surrounding communities to attract those with a local network and interest.....Call for more info.
Contract Negotiation (Lease/Rent, Security Deposit , Pet Deposit, etc.)
New Tenancy (Move-In, Collection of Rents, Maintenance, etc.)
A move-in inspection will be completed when new tenants move in to the unit.Rent will be due by the 1st, late by the 5th, of each month. If rent is not received in our office by the close of business on the 5th day, I will issue a $100 late fee and this will be stated in the lease and discussed with the tenant head of time. .....Call for more info.
Lease Terminations (Evictions, 3-Day Notices, Unlawful Detainer Action, Move-Out, etc.)
Documentation, Financial Organization and Fee's
Monthly reports will be provided to the owner, and their designees, to account for all rents, security deposits, and pet deposits received per unit per building. The reports will also categorize income and expense by building. Annual reports will be furnished at the end of each year. .....Call for more info.
